This is from the blog of a friend of mine, and I quote it here because it already validates my preconceptions about the army.

Really now, men - and humans in general - disappoint me greatly, and if I have to choose between being stupid and being a pussy, I'm handing in my Y chromosome.

I have little to no respect for (tick as appropiate) [inspid] [foul mouthed] [chinese speaking] [male chauvinists], so I expect my patience is going to be sorely tested soon. Drudges of society, you are.
